If you are lifting weights, and mentally skipping over the workout, stop yourself and make it to the weight room and maybe just do a deep stretch with light calisthenics. If you usually run, and absolutely have no energy or will to do it, then just walk. It your kind and body just through the motions. Even if that means going through the motions of working out, and not hitting it hard like you would on a deep true workout. Even though you feel completely bonked, motivation isn’t there, and you’re telling yourself you don’t want to and will not work out, do it.
